About me, I have been working on cars almost since birth. I've been in the automotive industry since I was 14 years old. That was 1984. I've always had an interest in kit cars, C1, C2, C3 Corvettes, classics and antiques.
Over the years I've worked in several body shops, a transmission shop, a couple automotive chain stores along with some general repair shops and automotive specialty shops. I was founder/ owner of Speed Trappe Auto Repair in Trappe, Pa. I have been Master ASE Certified for most of that time but have since let the certifications expire. I still currently hold a PA State Inspection license and Emissions license and am PA F.I.R.S.T. and E.D.G.E. Master Certified Repair Technician and M.A.C.S. certified (Mobile Air Conditioning Society)
I have assembled a few kit cars, done welding and fabrication work, turbo and supercharger installations, suspension lift kits as well as lowering kits, have worked with a couple aftermarket companies with creating installation instructions for new products and was an automotive instructor.
I have also been involved in several builds that have been featured in magazines.
If you need work completed on a project car, body mounts reconstructed or frame repair due to rust I'm your guy. I do R12-134a A/C conversions too.
